Alethux qualifies under the 2026 Commonwealth Procurement Rules
Under CPR Exemption 17 (effective November 2025), agencies can directly engage an Australian-owned SME for procurements up to $500,000 where value for money is demonstrated. For MAS Panel, People Panel and DTA standing offer engagements under $125,000, SME-first is now mandatory.
